At Sylton, we are committed to supporting our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their products. When a product becomes obsolete and is no longer produced or sold, we continue to provide technical support and software updates for five years after the end of sales.During this support period, you can continue to rely on technical support, software updates and maintenance and access to essential product documentation, such as user manuals and brochuresThe policy applies to all Sylton products, ensuring a smooth transition whenever a product reaches the end of its commercial lifecycle.

Observ 520

The Observ 520 has been a trusted imaging solution for professionals around the world. While sales have ended, Sylton remains committed to supporting existing users throughout the five-year support period.

Software support for the Observ 520 ends on July 1, 2026. After this date, the app will continue to function but will no longer receive software updates. Future iPadOS  releases and new iPad models may not be compatible with the Observ 520 app.
